• Experience designing and developing application using Java, C++, C#, and C
• Experience developing consumer-oriented shrink-wrapped software and/or web applications, including user interface design experience

• Experience working with tools and technologies such as WinRunner, Silk, SQA Team test, Silk Performer, etc.
• Analyze requirements, develop detailed test strategy and test plans for software releases

• Drive significant year-over-year improvements in product quality, software process effectiveness, and PD team productivity
• Solid management experience leading a team of Software and QA engineers and other cross-functional team members
